Export Sales Administrator

Do you have experience in an Export Sales Administration or Sales Administration based role? Your role as a Sales Administrator:
You will be assisting with orders and sales enquiries for machines, parts and services received from the customers, sales distributors, online quotes and the online parts shop for customers across UK and Europe. Duties will include:
* Responding to customer enquiries
* Providing accurate sales quotations and documentation for UK and Europe
* Raising sales invoices and orders
* Following orders through the build process and updating customers
* Booking parts and machines deliveries with couriers, haulage companies and crating companies
* Updating customer information on the system
* Assisting with booking travel and exhibitions
* Checking online shop orders
* Liaising with internal contacts including admin, directors and production
* Assisting with marketing

We would love to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:
* Previous experience in a similar Export Sales Administration or other similar Sales Admin or Sales Support role
* Experience in manufacturing or engineering would be beneficial but not essential
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Flexible, positive and upbeat team player
* Accurate and numerate
* General skills with Word, Excel and Outlook
