Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end export process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely delivery of goods.
- Handle documentation and paperwork, including customs declarations and shipping invoices.
- Maintain accurate records of export transactions and update relevant databases.
- Liaise with freight forwarders and carriers to schedule and track shipments.
- Monitor and communicate changes in export regulations to ensure compliance.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues related to exports.
Desired Skills:
- Previous experience in export administration or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Familiarity with export regulations and documentation.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
