Import/Export Sales Coordinator

Import/Export Sales Coordinator, 6-12 month contract minimum

Mon-Fri, Full Time

Salary: 28-30k

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end export process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely delivery of goods.
• Handle documentation and paperwork, including customs declarations and shipping invoices.
• Maintain accurate records of export transactions and update relevant databases.
• Monitor and communicate changes in export regulations to ensure compliance.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues related to exports.

Desired Skills:

• Experience in Import or Export
• Previous experience in export administration or a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Familiarity with export regulations and documentation.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
