Export Manager

Calling all Export professionals with a thirst for growing small FMCG brands!

This business has a strong mission for the Export channel, delivering and exceeding business results in targeted countries by designing and executing a long-term sustainable business strategy and vision. With already established distribution in Italy, the USA, and Australia, they want to grow and expand across additional markets such as Nordics, Africa, Europe etc.

This high-growth SME brand based in London has HUGE potential, they pride themselves on quality and focus on a lifestyle-first approach. With a recent investment to hit their next phase of growth, they’re recruiting professionals to rapidly scale the brand globally!

Reporting directly to the Global Commercial Director, you will have commercial accountability for distributors globally (excluding the UK, Italy, USA and Australia). This isn’t a field sales role; you’ll be based out of the Central London office with approximately 10-20% of your time traveling.

Your key responsibilities –

• Identify key markets through consumer and competitor analysis.
• Define the Export strategy with help from their Global Commercial Director.
• Optimise and grow current markets.
• Event planning.
• Working proactively with internal and external stakeholders – Marketing, CCO, Ops and RTM buyers.

You will be/have –

• Experience in the FMCG export sector – ideally Drinks.
• Proven track record of managing 3^rd party distributors.
• Energy and passion for high-growth FMCG brands and delivering commercial results.
• Strong commercial acumen.
• Excellent analytical skills – including insights/category data.
