We are looking for an experienced Export Sales Administrator to join our client based in Chessington Surrey. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:
Responsibilities:
- Manage and process export orders.
- Prepare export documentation and sales contracts.
- Deal with technical sales enquiries.
- Monitor and manage stock levels.
- Handle the import and export processes.
- File and maintain sales export paperwork and dispatch records.
- Ensure compliance with export regulations.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Export Sales administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with export documentation and compliance is a plus.
