Job Title: Export Sales AdministratorLocation: Merthyr Salary: £28,000-£45,000 per annum depending on experience
Hours: Full time. Monday - Friday days regularHere at The Recruitment Co we are currently an Export Sales Administrator to join a company based in Merthyr.This role would be based in Merthyr but you must be willing to travel abroad at least once a month. you would be travelling to either France or Algeria.Main job roles
- Dealers Business plan set up and review
- Dealers Accounts follow up and management
- Marketing and sales support
- Preparation of Quotes
- Follow up of Orders, dispatch and invoicing
- Key Performance Indicators review and submission
- Market survey
- Processing Sales Orders
- Dealing with Export documentation
- Management of dealer accounts
- Quoting customers
- Helping with customer queries
- Dealing with general marketing
- Performing general sales KPIs
Required Experience
- Previous export experience is essential
- Previous Sales Admin/Processing of orders is essential
- Being highly organised
- Business management degree is desirable but not essential
- Being able to speak French is desirable
- Happy to travel abroad once a month
- Office 365 experience
