Job Description
- Provide administrative support to the Regional Export, Security and Compliance Officer
- Co-ordinate customs reporting requirements with all in-house parties, as required.
- Support the site visitors / contractors control process.
- Provide administrative support for the security vetting process.
- Collect and distribute post and deliveries ensuring they are taken to the correct location / department.
- Produce, and continuously review for currency, the SOPs for job related activities as necessary.
- Organise and maintain records for Export, Security and Compliance matters.

Essential Qualifications / Experience / Skills
- Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in shipping / export administration
