Job description

A global manufacturing company in Greater Manchester is seeking an Export Support Administrator to join their established team.

The primary responsibilities of the position will be to support the Export Sales Director with key tasks including:

  • Processing customer orders for the Export market using the company’s ERP system
  • Sending order confirmations daily, calling and emailing customers with order status updates
  • Releasing customer orders to the warehouse for dispatch
  • Process sales orders and customer complaints
  • Respond to customer queries with timely manner
  • Maintain and develop relationships with UK and overseas team members but also third party distributors  
  • Any other duties as required by the Export Sales Department to allow for the smooth running of the day

The position is full time - Monday to Friday, 35 hour week with 2 days working from home option once full training is completed. Flexible start and finish times are also on offer.

As well as salary this position comes with 4 x salary life assurance, 24 days holiday, match pension scheme and single medical health care.

In order to be considered for this position candidates need to have proven experience as an Administrator and as such have excellent customer service skills. In addition to this candidates need good knowledge of MS Windows applications (Word, Excel) along with some exposure to a SAP/ERP system.
