Our client is a developer / contractor undertaking major new build residential & mixed-use schemes across the country. Projects are generally high-rise towers / frames comprising private apartments with elements of retail & commercial on the development.
The need now exists for an External Site Manager to join the team on a large mixed use residential development in Hertfordshire.
The role will require you to manage the external works on phase 2 of the development (Groundworks, Shell & Core) with an Assistant Site Manager reporting into you.
The position will report into the Project Director.
Our client is seeking applicants who have previous experience on large residential developments with either a developer or contractor. Previous experience/knowledge on external works is essential.
In return, our client is offering a basic salary between £60k - £70k + full package & bonus.
