Form of workSalter Grange is recruiting an External Site Manager for a £65m residential Development in England's southeast. The project is a flagship scheme for an extremely busy Main Contractor in the area with the potential for 5 - 7 years of work and will be a standout addition to a professional contractor's CV.This role will suit someone from a well-rounded external background with good knowledge of all external packages on RC frame residential projectswith the facade a brickwork facade.External Site Manager Key Responsibilities:• Manage all external trades to ensure the work is being carried out to the required standard.• Manage the day-to-day external finishes on-site.• Help manage the project in line with the agreed production targets.• Manage the workflow of sub-contractors, ensuring they're in line with the works' program on site.• Agree with sub-contractors' long-term and short-term program and monitor performance.• Ensure health & and safety procedures are being met.The ideal External Site Manager must have the following;• 5 + years experience of management experience with a respectable Main Contractor• Professional/client-facing with a delivery focus• Longevity in previous roles• SMSTS, CSCS & First AidTo apply for this role, please forward your CV to the link provided or call Darren on 078 - (phone number removed)
