Your Role as an Early Years SEN Teaching Assistant:
As an Early Years SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting children with special educational needs within our early years setting.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing one-on-one support to children with SEN, helping them achieve their developmental milestones.
- Assisting the class teacher in planning and delivering tailored learning activities.
- Creating a safe and supportive learning environment for all children.
