Milk Education are working with a primary school in the L4 area of Liverpool who are seeking an EYFS Teaching Assistant to work 1-2-1 with a EYFS child who has ADHD and needs support with their learning on a one a one-to-one basis. This EYFS Teaching Assistant job is full-time, and the working hours will be 08:30am- 15:30pm Monday to Friday

This EYFS Teaching Assistant role will involve keeping the child on task and ensuring that the work they are set is being done to a good standard. The role will involve providing 1:1 support with a child who is struggling in the classroom, and you will need to support them in accessing the EYFS curriculum and help build their confidence and learning. There is no challenging bahaviour but the child will need a lot of support with their development, great nurturing approach . YOU will take small groups for phonics sessions too.

This EYFS Teaching Assistant job will be until July 2024.  Hours are Monday - Friday 8.45am- 3.30pm

We are looking for a Teaching Assistant that is:

• Inspirational and highly effective in the classroom
• Have either a relevant qualification Level 2 or above, or recent experience supporting children in either an education, social care, nursery, community/youth role, college/university placement or any volunteer roles.
• Passionate about enabling every child to fulfil their potential.
• Able to contribute to, and work, as part of a team
• Reliable and flexible to suit the expectations of our schools.
