An exciting opportunity has arisen for a positive, self-motivated, and capable Marketing Campaigns Manager with a strong "can do" attitude, to join a distinctive and collaborative London-based Law Firm to create and deliver firmwide external Marketing Campaigns.

In this brand new role, you will be tasked with the delivery of firmwide Marketing Campaigns that showcase the breadth of the firm’s legal expertise and reinforce their brand proposition. Reporting to the Head of Marketing Communications and working closely with the marketing and BD team, senior stakeholders across the firm, external suppliers and consultants, you will bring experience of planning and implementing campaigns across multiple channels including web, social, email, PR, events and internal. You will have the ability and confidence to successfully manage several campaigns simultaneously and subsequently report on campaign performance to analyse effectiveness. The role holder will enjoy a busy and fast-paced role developing and implementing firmwide Marketing Campaigns that are aligned to business objectives and working with the Head of Marketing Communications to create and manage the firm’s marketing and BD activity calendar, scheduling repeat activities and campaigns and planning content across each financial year. You will be expected to conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes and opportunities for growth, utilising data and analytics to make informed decisions and refine marketing approaches. You will provide expertise to the BD team in crafting effective Marketing Campaigns that are tailored to various stages of the sales funnel, working with them to plan and execute targeted thought leadership and Marketing Campaigns and offering insights on messaging, positioning and channels to optimise campaign impact. In addition, the Marketing Campaigns Manager will be responsible for upskilling colleagues, including the provision of campaign templates, toolkits and best-practice guidance and conducting workshops to enhance understanding.
Analytical and intellectually curious about current trends, best practices and innovations in digital and campaign marketing, the ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of leading and executing successful marketing, communications and thought leadership campaigns, including PR, in a professional services or digital agency role, to include demonstrable success in producing, adapting and curating content for different media channels which help to tell a story in a clear, concise, engaging and impactful way. With excellent writing, communication and influencing skills and the ability to network and build strong relationships internally, the Marketing Campaigns Manager will enjoy operating in an agile and flexible way, adapting to the changing demands of the business to deliver multiple projects simultaneously. Relevant news and media knowledge along with a good understanding of the UK’s legal and financial landscapes will also be essential.
