SalaryWe require a Level 2Teaching Assistant to work supporting pupils in class for 28.75 hours per week in Early Years. The successful candidate must hold a Level 3 qualification as there will be a need to step up alongside the HLTA when the class teacher is out of class (Level 3 will be on timesheet and will not be contracted - £16.70 per hour this includes an additional 12% casual rate). Pro-rata Salary - Grade 3, Point 5-6 £15,684.15 - £16,305.55.
We are seeking to appoint a passionate EYFS Teaching Assistant to join our team.This is an exciting opportunity to join our vibrant, forward thinking and child led foundation team. We plan in the moment based on the children's interests and needs.We are well resourced with three reception classes all with a teacher, HLTA and an additional TA and a spacious playground just for the reception classes. As well as this we have a full time Nursery that has two classrooms with a class teacher in each both supported by an additional TA. We are especially proud of our woodwork, mud kitchen and large resources for construction and physical activities. We also have our own chickens which we regularly use their eggs for cooking in our reception kitchen. We are fortunate as a school to have a large playing field and surrounding woodland area which can be used for a range of learning activities.
