Our Governors wish to appoint an inspirational, enthusiastic, and conscientious Teacher to join the dedicated and professional team here at Morley Primary School from 01 September 2024. We are looking for a strong, primary practitioner to teach our mixed Reception/years 1 and 2 class.
At Morley Primary School we hold high expectations and pride ourselves in providing an enriching and locally based curriculum which develops our children to become leaders of the future. We are looking for the right person to join our supportive, dedicated, and hardworking team. Our school ethos of The Morley Feeling and our curriculum pillars of Locality, Vocabulary and Leadership underpins all aspects of life at Morley. Morley Primary is in the process of transitioning to become an academy later this summer, so this is an exciting time to join our team. Due to the complex nature of teaching three year groups and two key stages, this position is not suitable for an ECT in their first year.
If you are passionate about teaching and strive to make a difference to young people by helping them achieve their very best, then please contact us for further information.
Visits to the school are welcomed. If you would like further information or have any questions, please contact the Headmaster, Mr Taylor, on 01332 831295 or email headteacher@morley.derbyshire.sch.uk.
If shortlisted, in advance of and as part of the interview process, we would like to visit teachers in their current school to observe a 30-minute lesson.
Provisional Interview Date: 30 April 2024.
