THE ROLE
With an ever-expanding event calendar, there is now the opportunity to join the food and beverage team who are responsible for the delivery of catering packages and requirements across events.
Responsibilities will include:
- Create and deliver the F & B Sales strategy
- Proactively sourcing and qualifying new leads
- Maximising F & B Sales revenues and profitability
- Strategic approach to generate new income streams
- Identifying customer needs and offering solutions
- Building and managing relationships with potential clients
- Internal stakeholder management
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will be a proven sales professional with an excellent track record of winning new business and relationship management. Ideally you will have knowledge and experience within catering/F & B on a large scale. You will be working closely with the wider team and will be liaising with the F & B General Manager to maximise opportunities.
