company Overview:
I am currently assisting a leading FM service provider with their ongoing search for Fabric Maintenance Engineers to work on a large city-wide contract across London. My client look after over 30 buildings across North, East, South, West, and Central London. My client are rapidly expanding, winning multiple new contracts since the turn of the year and are looking to take on experienced fabric engineers as part of this growth plan.
Salary Range: £33k-£37kk (dependant on experience & qualifications)
Locations: Static sites across North, South, East, West, and Central London (Zones 1-6)
Responsibilities:
General visual site inspections across plant rooms and communal spaces
Painting & Decorating
Tiling
Carpentry
Basic plumbing
Drainage & flushing
Changing light bulbs
Emergency light testing
Fire alarm/door testing
Grouting & Plastering
Minor electrical works
Repairing building fixtures: doors, handles, windows etc.
Requirements:
Experience as a building services fabric engineer/handyperson in a commercial/high end residential setting
Full right to work in the UK
Trades qualifications - C&G / NVQ in plumbing, carpentry, or painting & decorating (desirable, though not essential)
Punctual
Able to work independently
Access to own hand tools
