As a Temporary Facilities Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day administration and compliance for the team. This includes coordinating maintenance activities, managing office supplies, and providing administrative support to ensure a smooth workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage office supplies and equipment inventory
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance and repairs for facilities and equipment
- Using Microsoft Excel to update data and pull reports
- Provide administrative support to the Facilities Team as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in administration or facilities management
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

- Have recent and relevant experirence within an administrative role
- Have a good working knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Excel
