Temporary Facilities Administrator

Elevation Recruitment Group are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our clients Facilities Team as a Temporary Administrator. Based in Sheffield.

  • Full Time Hours
  • Office Based

As a Temporary Facilities Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day administration and compliance for the team. This includes coordinating maintenance activities, managing office supplies, and providing administrative support to ensure a smooth workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage office supplies and equipment inventory
  • Coordinate and schedule maintenance and repairs for facilities and equipment
  • Using Microsoft Excel to update data and pull reports
  • Provide administrative support to the Facilities Team as needed

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in administration or facilities management
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

To Be Succesful in this role :

  • You will be immeadiatley available to start
  • Have recent and relevant experirence within an administrative role
  • Have a good working knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Excel
