As a Facilities Administrator, you will join our established Facilities team at our offices based in Stoke-on-Trent.
You will support the current department structure, assisting managers and ensuring that all administrative requirements are fulfilled. You will also have demonstrable experience working in a busy Facilities department, completing risk assessments, maintaining training records, and dealing with third party contracts.
This role is offered on a full-time basis, working from Monday to Friday, from 07:30 to 16:00.
Main Responsibilities
• Ensuring knowledge of related policies and procedures are up to date.
• Liaising with teams across the Facilities Department where required.
• Assisting with training bookings; both internal and external bookings.
• Ensures documentation is complete and up to date for the Facilities services team.
• Raising purchase order requests using the procurement system.
Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Experience
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to work using initiative.
• Proficiency with computer programmes including Microsoft Office is essential.
• Effective time management skills and ability to prioritise workload.
• Understanding of IOSH and NEBOSH
