Our global pharmaceutical client based in Hoddesdon is recruiting a Facilities Administrator to join their busy team. The role is initially a temporary position initially for 3 months plus. Candidates should be well-organised and ideally have experience in planning and scheduling.
You will be required to work full-time in the Hoddesdon site from 8am - 4.30pm (Monday - Friday), Our client may also consider 4 days per week. This role offers an hourly rate up of £14.00, depending on experience.
Duties include:
- Booking in and scheduling engineers
- Collating reports
- Planning works and liaising with Contractors and Sub-Contractors
- Dealing with any facilities queries and enquiries
- Log and close work orders
- Update internal systems.
- Use of Microsoft Office
- Liaise with internal staff members and external contractors and visitors via e-mail, telephone and in person
Skills/Experience required:
- Experience of planning and scheduling preferred
- Highly organised
- Excel/Microsoft Office experience
- Good attention to detail
- Good customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task and work within a busy varied role.
