Reed Coventry are delighted to have partnered up with a leading product design and development Company in Warwickshire, to appoint a Facilities Assistant. By joining this company, you will be part of innovative company who aim to make a positive difference in the world.
Responsibilities
- Collection and disposal of confidential waste across all sites
- Emptying of recycling bins (plastic and glass)
- Hazardous waste control and liaising with third party for the collection of
- Proactive daily and reactive maintenance (e.g. sanitary problems, water leaks, etc)
- Painting
- Cleaning
- Snagging
- Taking/collection of company property as required
- Purchase and collection of small consumable items e.g fittings, brushes, paint, light bulbs
- Collect water bottles and other consumables
- Weekly housekeeping
- Liaise with external contractors as required
You will be working in a duo with another experienced Facilities Assistant.
Key Details
- Company Van
- Temporary role (potentially 2-6 moths)
- Part-Time (Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays)
- Start Time 08:30am and Finish Time 5pm
- 30mins lunch break
- Hourly rate of £12.00 per hour
