Job Description
In this role, you will provide cover at various sites as needed due to annual leave, sickness, and other absences. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver a client-facing front-of-house service across our client’s sites, adhering to our client's high service standards.
As a proactive member of the team, you will manage visitor interactions, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all.

Responsibilities
- Cover front of house operations at three site - one dedicated front of house site, two training centres, including meeting room setups and manual tasks
- Perform general office administrative duties
- Assist trainers and clients with various needs
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in all areas
- Issue visitor cards and manage visitor access
- Be physically fit to handle manual tasks
- Be flexible and willing to cover all sites and travel as needed
