Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm, 40 hours per week
An experienced Facilities Assistant is required to join a leading FM company, based on a popular site in Corby town centre. The Facilities Assistant will handle all planned and reactive maintenance across the premises working with an onsite facilities team.
Facilities Assistant will receive:
- Starting salary of GBP25,000, increasing to GBP28,000 per annum after probationary period.

Facilities Assistant daily duties include:
- Carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM's) and Building Maintenance.
- Minor plumbing repairs to leaks and blockages.
- Fabric maintenance including painting and joinery.
- Water hygiene tasks including water temperature monitoring, TMV servicing and weekly flushing of outlets.
- Offering a high level of customer service onsite, dealing with clients and the public.
