Facilities Construction Project Manager
Hours: 37 p/week – Monday – Friday - this role will include weekly travel to various sites in the regions/hybrid working & some visits to the Support Centre (M26 1GG)

As a Facilities Construction Project Manager within the Property Department, your primary accountabilities are to –
- Successful execution of the mydentist network plan in line with the overall mydentist 3-year plan
- Supporting with fluid network plan ownership based on site categorisation
- Project feasibility to assess project potential
- Supporting with development of a business cases ahead of CAPEX approval
- Projects include predominantly Refresh of our existing practices
- Secondary input on smaller growth projects as required
- Continuing robust budget management of live projects following a workflow along the lines of JCT
- In summary – deliver projects on time, in budget at the pace of the business
