Are you a skilled Facilities Engineer seeking a new opportunity in the automotive industry? Our client, a leading automotive organisation in Crewe, is looking to hire a motivated Facilities Engineer for a temporary contract. If you have experience in construction project management, a knack for problem-solving, and a passion for the automotive business, this could be the perfect role for you! 🛠️💼

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and managing project plans to ensure timely and successful completion


• Overseeing building projects to ensure safety, productivity, and high-quality standards


• Providing progress reports to our client through various communication channels

🔑 Key Skills and Experience:

• Construction project management expertise


• Strong problem-solving abilities


• Knowledge of the automotive industry


• Civil and mechanical engineering knowledge, including building construction methods and installations


• Understanding of electrical engineering, including power transmission and distribution systems


• Familiarity with health and safety legislation


• Excellent communication skills

💡 Practical & Technical Knowledge:

• Proven track record in project delivery


• Understanding of construction processes and site management guidelines


• Exceptional organisational skills for managing multiple building projects


• Attention to detail for effective safety and construction checks


• Financial management experience in handling project budgets

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer software


• Demonstrated knowledge of construction, engineering, and architecture projects


• Familiarity with contract and subcontract documents

📅 Working Hours:

- Monday to Friday onsite, 9:30 AM - 2:30 PM (with remaining hours to suit job deliverables)

• Potential weekend work based on project requirements
