Monday - Friday / 37 hours per week / 8:15am - 5:00pm (Mon - Thur) / 8:15am - 12:15pm (Fri)
£35,500 - £38,400 per annum + Benefits.
As a result of consistent orders and demand for their products, a Market leading FMCG manufacturing company has a requirement for a Facilities Maintenance Engineer to join their Building Services Team.
This role will suit Facilities Engineer who has good exposure to working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you have worked in other sectors but have strong facilities maintenance experience, this is still considered!
Role Description
- Providing both Reactive & Planned Preventative Maintenance across a wide range of Facilities and Building Services.
- Fault Finding both Mechanically & Electrically.
- Perform installation work, supporting site and process modifications including supplies and services to work equipment.
- Fault finding and repair on HVAC plant, electrical systems, BMS, pneumatic and energy monitoring systems.
- Ensuring work is carried out in a safety conscious fashion.
- Working within a team of 5 Facilities Engineers.
- Reporting on recurrent faults and facilitating repair activities with the Engineering team / supervisor.
- Reporting into the Engineering Supervisor.
Skills and Qualifications
- Facilities / Building Services Maintenance experience.
- Formal Mechanical or Electrical Qualifications - Level 3+.
- Ability to perform both planned and reactive Maintenance.
- Experience of working within a manufacturing environment (desirable).
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
