We are recruiting for an experienced customer support Help Desk Administrator in Prescot to join our team.
We are an international facilities management company who have been established in the UK for over 30 years but also have offices across the world. We currently turn over 2 billion per year in the UK alone! We currently employee around 9,0000 employees across England, Scotland and Wales and have many long standing relationships with out clients are able to offer all our clients reactive callout services and planned maintenance tailored to meet their specific needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering calls and escalating to the relevant team if needed
Dealing with calls on the service desk with queries and emergency repair calls
Scheduling works and keeping track of them
Carrying out administration duties and inputting information onto the system
Quoting for any equipment or materials needed
Deal with engineers to ensure the projects are completed in sufficient time
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: 12.55- 12.56 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
