Job description

About the Role:
I am currently seeking a Facilities Helpdesk Administrator to join a well-established team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for all facilities-related enquiries and issues. You will be responsible for managing the helpdesk, logging tickets, and coordinating with the facilities team to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering and directing helpdesk calls and emails.
  • Logging and tracking facilities issues in the helpdesk system.
  • Coordinating with the facilities team to schedule repairs and maintenance.
  • Updating and maintaining the facilities database.
  • Providing administrative support to the facilities team.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience in a helpdesk or administrative role.
  • Experience working with facilities, property or building services
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and helpdesk software.
  • Knowledge of facilities management processes and procedures.
