About the Role:
I am currently seeking a Facilities Helpdesk Administrator to join a well-established team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for all facilities-related enquiries and issues. You will be responsible for managing the helpdesk, logging tickets, and coordinating with the facilities team to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing helpdesk calls and emails.
- Logging and tracking facilities issues in the helpdesk system.
- Coordinating with the facilities team to schedule repairs and maintenance.
- Updating and maintaining the facilities database.
- Providing administrative support to the facilities team.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in a helpdesk or administrative role.
- Experience working with facilities, property or building services
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and helpdesk software.
- Knowledge of facilities management processes and procedures.
