Due to continued growth plans, we are currently looking for 2 experienced Helpdesk Administrators to join a growing team in St Ives, Cambridgeshire
The Helpdesk Administrators will be working for a growing Commercial Building Maintenance company, with offices and contracts across Cambridgeshire, Norfolk, home counties and across London.
Must have experience of working within commercial building maintenance, understanding Planned and Reactive Maintenance, project works within HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical and Building Fabric maintenance.
Must have a good telephone manner, an all round understanding of Microsoft office as well as be able to work with a variety of CAFM systems
The role will be predominantly office based, with some working from home available
This is an 8am to 5pm role, Monday to Friday
This role is an initial temporary position with a view to going permanent
