Role: Facilities Help desk Advisor (Charity)
Location: Leeds City Centre
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours (Mix of Home and Office based once trained)
Salary: £26,000

I'm currently looking for a personable, organised help desk administrator with excellent communication skills to join a Charity business based in the centre of Leeds. You will be part of a friendly and busy help-desk so will be the first point of call for all facilities queries and directing them appropriately so your methodical way of working and flexible attitude to work will be utilised whilst specific processes are being developed. Not only that, the work you do will ensure that this charity can continue to safely offer the important services it provides.

Note: A DBS clearance will be required before your start date if offered the position. Main Responsibilities include:
- Be the first point of call for all incoming queries and managing them appropriately
- Liaise between contractors, regional FM's and sites to ensure a smooth workflow
- Engaging contractors for various on-site jobs and scheduling work to be done
- Keep the system up to date for all works and incoming queries
- Attend meetings with SMT and regional FM, take minutes and carry out all agreed actions e.g. ordering equipment etc.
- Feedback to the SMT on the progress of various projects
- Ad-hoc duties as required by the Regional FM's or SMT
To be considered for this opportunity, you will have:
- Experience within Properties or Facilities will be an advantage
- Clear telephone voice with great communication skills
- Ability to organise a busy workload
