- Monday – Thursday 0730-1600, Friday 0730-1300
- 5 minutes’ walk from St Andrews Road train station or free parking on site

About the role
- Maintenance of the buildings and grounds including patching, painting, hardware repairs and other repair/replacement work as required
- Perform routine facility and equipment maintenance.
- General and detailed cleaning, interior and exterior spaces
- Operate company delivery vehicle
- Assisting stores (loading, unloading, picking, packing / shrink wrapping) and Waste Management
- Completing all documentation for work performed as required
The right candidate
- Full Clean UK driving license
- Confident user of a variety of hand and power tools
- Forklift Counterbalance or Reach Truck License
- Prior experience in a similar role, such as Facilities/Building Maintenance, General Labouring, carpentry, plumbing, painting
- Good verbal and written communication skills
