Our client is recruiting for a Customer Service / Account Manager to join their expanding transport/logistics business based in Loughborough
What they need is to deliver on their promise to put customers at the heart of everything they do, and that starts with you!
You will lead a small team to develop the customer touchpoints and support the future growth of theirbusiness.
Measures of Success:
Customer Satisfaction Ratings: Increase overall customer satisfaction ratings by a specific percentage, as measured through surveys, feedback forms, and customer interactions.
Response and Resolution Time: Decrease average response and resolution times for customer inquiries and issues, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries
Experience
- Proven experience (3years minimum) in a leadership role within Customer Service/ account mangement in the Transport / Logistics sector
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
- Deep understanding of Customer Service principles, practices, and industry trends
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) systems and related technologies
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs
