Sales Manager

Location: Bristol
Salary: £30k to £40k plus a very impressive commission structure
My client is a renowned MSP in the heart of Bristol, whilst operating internationally. They are expanding their sales team and need YOU, a proven Sales Manager to drive growth and lead the sales operations. In this exciting new role, you will be responsible for engaging with new leads, providing tailored proposals, and closing deals to meet sales targets. You will also manage a small sales team and collaborate with marketing to identify new opportunities and improve processes.
Day to Day of the Role:
- Engage with prospects in person, via Teams, and phone calls to understand their requirements and offer solutions.
- Managing a team of 3 individuals, who are head-hunters bringing you leads to close.
- Prepare detailed proposals, quotes, and tenders to effectively communicate the value of our services.
- Lead and manage a small telesales team, providing guidance and support to achieve collective goals.
- Drive the sales process from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.
- Working closely with the Account Management team to provide a clear and transparent handover, making sure all client requirements are met.
- Work closely with the marketing team to identify new business opportunities and refine sales strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of IT solutions within an MSP environment, with the ability to address technical queries confidently.
- Experience in selling IT support, services, and cloud solutions.
- Skilled in capturing customer requirements and translating them into comprehensive solution designs.
- Excellent client-facing and presentation skills, with the ability to engage C-suite clients effectively.
- Exceptional organisational and timekeeping abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
