SalaryOur client is a successful business on the outskirts of Leicester. They are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team on a full-time basis to cover maternity leave.
Main duties will include:
- Answering customer enquiries via phone and email
- Providing exceptional customer service to customers
- Providing technical advice on products
- Raising purchase orders
- Producing invoices
- Updating customers regarding deliveries
- Answering queries quickly and efficiently
- General aftersales administrative support
The successful candidate will have:
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- A strong work ethic and the want to get involved in a varied role
- Strong customer service skills
- Enthusiastic team player
- Calm and professional telephone manner
- Good IT skills
