Are you a Facilities Maintenance Engineer or similar with a background in Commercial, looking to work for a well-established, stable company who offers great work environment and excellent company benefits?

You will be responsible for visiting sites to organise preventative planned maintenance and respond to emergency callouts. You will also need to organise refurbishment work as well as fitting new equipment. The work will involve plumbing, carpentry, decoration and tiling.

This role would suit a Facilities Engineer with a Commercial background or similar, looking for a company that will offer you excellent benefits and competitive salary.

The Role:

• Carry out site visits for preventative maintenance and refurbishments
• Respond to emergency callouts to avoid further disruptions for customers
• Ensure to create and update reports
• Fit and adjust equipment

• Facilities Maintenance Engineer or similar
• Commercial background
• Commutable to Portsmouth
