Are you an experienced Facilities Maintenance professional or from a trade background, seeking a role which will enable you to further develop your technical skillset, in a rewarding position where you will have the autonomy of leading a close-knit team of experts?

They are looking to restructure their technical department by bringing in dynamic new talent into their team, in order to maintain their luxurious reputation.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone to take on the responsibility of supervising a skilled team, whilst remaining hands on and benefitting from ongoing training. You will be responsible for supervising the routine and reactive maintenance across the luxurious facilities of the establishment in central Edinburgh.
This role would suit someone with experience of Facilities Maintenance, or a plumber or electrician looking for a supervisory role and opportunities to further develop their skillset whilst helping other skilled professionals do the same, in an autonomous and unique role with excellent long-term potential.
The Role:

• Overseeing a small team of Facilities Maintenance technicians
• Hands on maintenance work, alongside supervisory duties
• Standard working week, 40 hours Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend cover

The Candidate:

• Experienced with Facilities Maintenance, or from a qualified trade background (18th Edition/Plumbing NVQ Level 2/3)
• Some supervisory experience would be beneficial, but not essential
• Seeking a long-term career move
