The Role:

• General maintenance work on a luxury/high-end student accommodation site
• Overseeing the site work of contractors when necessary
• Providing excellent customer service and communication

The Candidate:

• Will have some prior experience of general building management
• Will be interested in further developing their technical skills
• Will be able to work independently and as part of a wider team
