My client is searching for an experienced Contracts Supervisor to take over a supervision of a key contract covering London, Essex, and Kent. The contract covers Facilities Maintenance, planned and reactive, on a portfolio of heritage projects. Reporting to the Contracts Manager, the Contracts Supervisor will lead, motivate, develop, and support a team of M&E engineers. This includes:
- Responsibility for the successful and profitable contract delivery of circa 1m of income
- Full management cycle of 4-12 technicians: recruitment, induction, performance management and review, attendance management
- Work closely with clients, colleagues, and 3rd party suppliers to ensure delivery
- Works with the central Work Scheduling team to ensure effective scheduling of work
- Ensures Safe Systems of Work are followed.
What are we looking for?
- Proven background in facilities management/ building service maintenance
- Proven experience as a Contracts Supervisor
- HNC, or equivalent, Building Services or Similar
- Customer Care / Satisfaction Skills in a client facing environment
- Strong communication skills: verbal, written, and IT literate
