Role Purpose:
Facilitate the maintenance of the building internally and externally, as well as maintaining the grounds and associate parking areas. Aid where required the completion of the production plan in terms of deliverables and operational excellence, both internally and externally to the business, whilst championing Health & Safety, Environmental, Quality, Cost and Delivery through teamwork and our ways of working.
Key Accountabilities:
1. (Health & Safety) Ensure works conducted meet internal and external health, safety, and environment legislative, industry and company standards.
2. (Quality) Continually help to pursue building upgrades where necessary and quality improvements.
3. (Cost) Utilise resources in the most efficient manner in line with targets; where necessary look to reduce costs and improve building services by utilising new energy efficient methodologies.
4. (Delivery) Agree to completing job commitments On Time, In Full (OTIF); ensuring that suppliers of services are managed and held accountable for meeting any schedule of works.

• 2+ Years in a similar maintenance role
Desirable:
• Electrical / Gas Experience
