My client based in Stoke-on-Trent is searching for a Facilities Manager to join their team on site. This a brand new role to the business and an exciting time to join the team and be a part of the companies continued growth! The role involves managing a small team of engineers (50%) and the other half of the role being hands on involved in all facilities maintenance duties across the site. The successful Facilities Manager will have previous experience of leading/managing a team and have an electrical bias and qualification. You will begin your role working in one site in the Stoke-on-Trent area and eventually move over to the brand new site which has opened in the same area.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE FACILITIES MANAGER:

• Must have previous experience working as a Facilities Manager and leading a team
• Electrically biased
• Must have an electrical qualification
• Open to backgrounds - Manufacturing / facilities
• Strong decision-making, action planning and prioritisation skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Well-versed in technical / engineering operations and facilities management best practices
