A rare and exclusive invitation to become a leader of the Royal Operations team, offering a role where your expertise in M&E Facilities Management, Contracts Management, and Tender Processes will help safeguard the heritage and functionality of the Kings Palace.
  
You'll lead planned and reactive maintenance including tender processes and schedules, modernising systems for efficiency while respecting the unique character of the Palace. This is a position where you will be heavily involved in Contracts Management, staturory compliance and M/E Technical support. 
  
With challenges as grand and diverse as the estate itself, your work will directly impact the preservation and evolution of the Royal Household.
  
**The Job:**
  
- Contracts Management
- Tender processes and schedules to annual projects and statutory compliance.
- Take charge of building services responsibilities, offering guidance and support to a skilled team of engineers.
- Navigate the demands of multiple internal and external stakeholders, making decisions for long-term improvements and efficiencies.
- Champion modernisation projects, seeking innovative solutions to maintain our heritage while enhancing our operations.

-Facilities / Operations Manager or similar
-Wealth of M&E experience
-SFG 20
-BMS 
-CAFM
- Proven capability in managing statutory compliance, risk, cost control, contract management, and project management.
