Responsibilities The day to day operations and supervision of staff, focusing on their performance in terms of standards and delivery
Ensuring the tasks are completed to BICSc standard and site specifications as detailed in the cleaning schedules
To develop and maintain a professional and proactive business relationship with all levels of client’s representatives; promoting the council and development the services offered by the P&FM department
Ensuring that a first-class service is delivered to all areas of responsibility
To ensure that work schedules and adhered to and drive productivity/achieve results
Ensure timely and accurate completion of all documentation
Active encouragement of a one team approach with the teams of cleaning operatives and come up with ideas to improve how the services are being delivered
Responsible for the team member’s performance and bringing escalations of performance issues to the management team.
Requirements Previous experience of managing cleaning contract sites or similar
Knowledge of cleaning to BICSs Standards and company auditing procedures.
Experience of working to budgets
Cleaning related training (NVQ or BICSc qualification)
Possesses the ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
Contract Initial 3 month with the opportunity to extend
36 hours per week flexible to suit the needs of the service between 6am and 9pm
