Summary

Are you an engaging, proactive individual who can provide efficient and flexible business support and facilities management? We have a fantastic opportunity to become the new Facilities & Supporter Services Co-ordinator, joining the friendly Lizard & Penrose team all working together towards the conservation for this beautiful part of Cornwall.

Hours/working pattern: 37.5 hours per week and usually Monday to Friday 9-5 with occasional weekend and Bank Holiday cover. You will be based at Lizard and Penrose property office at Gear Farm with some travel to places including Kynance Cove, Lizard Point and Penrose.

What you'll be doing

Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will be a key point of contact for staff, volunteers, and contractors, providing high standards of business support across the property.

You will be involved with building conservation and facilities management.

Working together as a facilities team to complete compliance monitoring and co-ordination of relevant data systems.

Regular wider teamwork, especially with Visitor Experience and Operations teams to provide efficient and safe facilities at different sites.

Support as a project team member with exciting projects at various stages across the portfolio.
