Our client is looking for an experienced facilities professional who is keen to find a varied role, supported by a high performing team, in the City of London. Our client supports a global Law firm, and is based in beautiful, corporate offices, overlooking the river. You will be supported by the facilities management team, along with a team of your own to lead. The successful candidate will have excellent people management skills ready to become part of a professional team dynamic.

Duties:
- Assisting with auditing, performance managing and managing systems
- Aid and support the implementation of changes
- Support the Facilities Manager in creating working relationships with other teams within the company
- Deal with ad hoc project management administrative duties
- Liaise with suppliers and contractors on a daily basis
- Assisting the administrators in the team and dealing with escalations
- Manage meeting rooms and client spaces
- Supporting clients with 5* service and administrative duties
Requirements:
- Must have experience within a Team Leader or Management role
- Must have experience within a Facilities role
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages.
- Naturally organised and proactive
- Hard working, trustworthy, self-motived and a strong work ethic
- Able to manage and support a small team whilst also delivering 5* support to senior management and their client
