You will be responsible for supervising the facilities management finance team in line with agreed objectives; analyse financial data and manage budgets; and support contractors and suppliers.
About the Role:
- Analyse financial data: track discrepancies, investigates expenditure, analyses performance, and identifies cost-saving opportunities for facilities management, security, and HSE.
- Manage budgets: prepare and submit budgets, monitor spending, identify anomalies, and ensure effective financial controls for invoice processing and recharging.
- Support contract management: help develop tenders, analyse and manage relationships with suppliers to ensure cost-effective and compliant services.
About You:
- Experience in commercial, Opex financial and procurement activities in a defence organisation or in a similar highly regulated industry.
- Supervisory leadership experience both within own area and across the business.
- Understanding of contract management.
- Knowledge of service contracts and service level agreements.
