Reed Business Support are delighted to be working with a leading Property Factoring organisation who are looking to recruit a Factoring Coordinator on a 3 months temporary basis with the possibility of extension. This will be a busy role involving elements of general administration, factoring, and complaint handling so is well suited to someone with experience in the sector.
- Hours: Monday - Friday (9am - 5pm)
- Start in early January
- Primarily office based
Key responsibilities:
- Acting as a point of contact for escalated complaints related to Sheltered Housing facilities
- Investigating complaints, ensuring that homeowners are kept informed throughout the process
- Liaising with other parties to support with investigations
- Drafting detailed responses to homeowners by post or email
- Supporting Factoring Director template new policies and procedures
- Arranging and attending meetings, taking down action points and notes where required
- Ad hoc admin duties
Person specifications:
- Previous experience working in a Factoring, Repairs, Housing, or New Homes role
- Experience dealing with homeowners or tenants
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to investigate complaints
- Good IT skills and the ability to adapt to new systems
- Motivated individual with the ability to manage own workload
Desirable:
- Knowledge and understanding of the Factoring Code of Conduct
