Factory Manager Position Overview
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands while optimizing resources and minimizing costs.
- Monitor production processes and workflow to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to specifications.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and streamline processes.
- Provide leadership and guidance to production staff, including technicians, and operators.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning within the production team.
Factory Manager Position Requirements
- Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role
- Looking for a step up to a management role
- Sheet metal experience
- Electrical Installation experience
- Based within a commutable distance of Market Harborough
Factory Manager Position Remuneration
- Salary £35,000-£45,000 (dependent on experience)
