An exciting opportunity awaits at a leading bakery in the UK's Food Production industry. We are searching for a dedicated Bakery Factory Manager to oversee the operations of our state-of-the-art baking facilities. As the Factory Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Managing day-to-day activities and ensuring peak performance of bakery lines.
• Upholding compliance with all safety, quality, environmental, and ethical employment standards.
• Driving the company strategy and meeting business objectives.
• Controlling departmental expenditures and aligning them with overall site performance.

Skills required for Factory Manager:

• Experience in change management and performance improvement initiatives.

• Strong commercial acumen and financial literacy.
• Leadership skills with the ability to make critical decisions and build cross-functional relationships.
• Desirable qualifications: NEBOSH, Level 4 HACCP, High Food Hygiene, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
