Factory Worker

Masstemps LTD are currently recruiting for a full time, permanent factory operative to join a busy and expanding manufacturing company based in the heart of Worcester. This role is accessible for candidates reliant on public transport.

The role:
- Operate and maintain machinery used in the production process
- Monitor equipment to ensure proper functioning and make adjustments as needed
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised work area
- Use of hand and power tool to produce parts
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
- Work with and manual handle metal

Rate of pay: £10.42 per hour with increases available after probation period.

Hours of work:

Monday - Thursday 7am-5pm/ Friday 7am-4pm. Rotational shift is also available.

Full Training will be provided!
